Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policies are as follows:

14 Days prior to arrival : 50% of the total room charges.
07 Days prior to arrival : 100% of the total room charges.

All reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card or a form of e-Payment. Any guaranteed reservation cancelled less than 24 hours prior to 6pm (local hotel time) of the confirmed arrival date will be subject to a 1-night charge.

Amendment requests on duration of stay or stay dates for guaranteed reservation, if put forward less than 24 hours prior to 6pm (local hotel time) of the confirmed arrival date will result in a rate change and penalty charges may apply, as determined by the hotel.


Refund Policy

Cancellation Window of 48hours: Reservations can be canceled up to 48 hours prior to the check-in date without incurring any charges.

Cancellation Fees: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in date will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to one night’s stay.

Non-Refundable Bookings: Non-refundable bookings are available at a discounted rate. These bookings cannot be canceled or refunded.

Deposit: A deposit equivalent to one night’s stay may be required at the time of booking. This deposit is refundable if the reservation is canceled 48hours before the check-in date.

No-Show Policy: In the event of a no-show (failure to check-in without prior cancellation), the hotel reserves the right to charge for the entire booking.

Special Circumstances: For cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances such as medical emergencies or flight cancellations, please contact our reservations team for possible exceptions to the cancellation policy.

Group Bookings: Group bookings of five rooms or more have a separate cancellation policy. Please inquire with our group reservations department for more information.

Third-Party Bookings: If your reservation was made through a third-party website or travel agency, please refer to their terms and conditions regarding cancellations and refunds.

Peak Seasons and Events: During peak seasons or special events, such as holidays or local festivals, the hotel reserves the right to charge for the entire booking.


Refund Process

Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 14 business days and returned to the original payment method. Please note that the processing time for the refund may vary depending on the payment provider.
